My experience today with Dr. Alen Cooper at Unident dental in Hanover was one of the most frustrating, painful experiences I've ever had. I knew from my better judgement not to go to him but my nice dentist (Dr. Robert Miller) was already treating me there. The first consultation he totally ignored my fears insisting it was not a big deal to have 4 wisdom teeth out at the same time with only local anaesthesa and that I was a "big girl now". So today a month later , I'm there to get all 4 out. Id been having pain and told him I might have an infection frm my wisdom tooth, but went ahead jabbing me with needles without any compasion for the pain, no kind words to help me relax , just cold and uncaring.I told him I was gagging and he said "it just feels like that". After being jabbed 10 xs I almost fainted and then made it to the restroom and vomited.He didn't care at all. I couldnt open my mouth all the way (sometimes my jaw gets stuck bit) but with all the novocaine I really coudn't open it. He kept insisting it was because I was tense and seemed to get angry instead of trying to help me. The rest of the staff are amazing. but I dispise this man. He should not be in a profession where caring about people should be a priority
