The orthodontists are true experts, and do a fantastic job. We will use them again for our younger children.
About Front Desk: My only complaint is the front office personnel: they do not return phone calls, have missed answering many e-mails and have made a couple of billing oversights. The orthodontists are so good that we are willing to overlook this and deal with some of the inconveniences it has caused.

Dr. Bonebreak is one of the better orthodontists in the Columbia/Clarksville area. He is always available in case of loose wires or bracket issues. On more than one occasion he has stayed late or even come back into the office when we couldn't get our son there during normal hours. Very friendly and is very easy to like. I really can't think of anything negative about him. The price of orthodontia work, unfortunately, is a fact of life that we can't do anything about. But, even there, he worked with us on payments.
