Receptionist and assistant were great and Dr. Griffin explained everything. As an added comfort benefit, they asked me what kind of music I liked and had it playing during my visit.

Great office and nice staff. Clean environment, modern machines and various scheduling options.
About Hygienist: Very sweet lady who hums a lot.

I went to Dr. Griffin for the first time for a routine cleaning (I go every six months). I switched to him because he is much closer to my house and my husband went there.
I have never had a cavitity in my life and Dr. Griffin told me I had 16!
I was very upset and didn't understand how that could have happened. But I believed him.
I set up four appointments to get all the filling done.
But after the first one (which cost me $200 out of my pocket) - where he did four fillings on 3 teeth I started telling people about it. And many people recommended that I get a second opinion.
After two second opinions. One telling me I only have ONE cavity and another saying I didn't really need to get any filled at the present time.
I cancelled all my appointments and filed a complaint to my insurance company.
In other words, I would not recommend this dentist because he does unecessary dental work.

Dr Griffin is an excellent dentist. I had the unfortunate experience of a root canal - which Dr Griffin was able to schedule immediately with a very qualified endodontist. I've also had several routine cleanings, a few filings, and a Zoom! teeth whitening treatment. Awesome service from him and his staff. I recommend him to my friends and co-workers.
