Dr H is very helpful. He lets you know what's going on and different options available. Before when I've gone to dentist I have only been told one way of doing things (that's expensive), Hipara gave me more options that fit my budget. He is very friendly and funny. It's hard to find a dentist on my insurance that isn't a hack - this guys the real deal. He does good work at a fair price - I'm staying

A cleaning can take up to 2 months. First you make an appointment for x-rays, then you make another appointment for a cleaning. Then they have you speak to a financial person who throws in so many unnessassary procedures. They wanted to charge me 900.00 for a filling. When I told them to pull it, because I can't afford a $900.00 filling they said they could do a $45.00 filling. Then I went for a cleaning and was shown a list of non-insurance covered cleaning procedures. I was then informed that I would have to make another polishing appointment. I have never gone through such an inconvience at any other dentist in 40 years.

Dr. Hirpara removed an old filling and replaced it. The procedure was more painful than my root canal and Dr. Hirpara seemed more interested in rushing through the procedure than controlling my pain. I was left with pain in that tooth. Despite multiple visits to take care of the pain, Dr. Hirpara didn't do much to solve it. I don't plan on going back to him or the office. I also found that the front desk staff often make billing mistakes. Customer service is poor. The hygienist in the office is great, however.
