Had crowns put in and they fell out. The cost was $1000 for each crown with insurance. Dr. Berry wanted to charge me again to replace the crowns that had already fallen out. I feel like I've been ripped off by a used car dealer. I would not recommend this place.

Dr. Berry seemed like a really nice guy; however, the Castle Dental facilities (where I went and saw Dr. Berry) were not the nicest I've been to.
You must have an initial exam before you can get your teeth cleaned at Castle Dental, which is annoying. After my initial consultation, I was told that I needed to get this involved cleaning process (relative to a regular teeth cleaning) that I had never heard of before. It seemed kind of suspicious to me so I decided to wait to change my insurance to see my regular dentist.

Dr. Berry is very detailed in his explanation of the procedures, and he creates a comfortable environment. He is quite friendly, funny, and seems like he really cares for the patient. I would recommend him to anyone.
