The good is no co-payment for regular office visiting, like tooth clean and hole filling. And their office schedule is quite flexible. The bad thing is, the treatment is very bad, you have high chance to get gum infection after tooth clean, especially after deep cleaning by Dr. Pan, and she is negligent about the infection caused by her surgery operation. All members of my family had similar experience, my kids, my wife, and including myself. I will switch to other Dentist. One of my friend, had one of her tooth pulled out by Dr. Pan, which Dr. Pan diagnosed several times that it is a bad tooth, but turned out it was a good one after pulled out, even Dr. Pan herself admit it. What a dentist!
If you don' want your healthy teeth become unhealthy after regular teeth cleaning, stay away from Dr. Pan. If you don't want your good teeth pulled out by mistake, stay away from Dr. Pan. For the sake of your teeth, for the sake of your family's teeth.

She is nice and tries very hard to meet my schedule.She also helps with my wife and kids.

Dr. Pan used to be ok. But now she is getting more patients and she is working on multiple patients at the same time...not focus, not professional. She did a root canel for me but didn't do temparory crown. The tooth got loose before the permanent crown was installed. The crown itself was poorly measured and made, Dr. Pan had to cut it and re-did. It's a painful process and waste a lot of my time and money. They also cancel the appoitments without telling you beforehand. A lot of my friends were her patients and now all decide to find a new dentist.

Dr Pan operates on several patients at the same time, which is not professional and lack of courtersy.

The cost is pretty reasonable compared to other. However, I have constant pain with the crown that she did for me. Environment wasn't great. I always need to wait for up to an hour despite the appointment.
