My daughter was brought in to take care of a tooth that had broken and was causing her pain. Everyone was so nice and friendly and they made us very comfortable with everything that had to be done. I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone who may need dental care. I'll be bringing in my son next!

The way a doctor should be. Friendly, personable yet professional. My whole family has been coming here for 6 years.

I had fillings done on one side of my mouth, and after I got home and had a chance to *really* look at them, I decided not to go back for the other side. However, they've yet to reimburse my up-front cost that I had to pay for EVERYTHING, so that's just $600 down the tube. I'd also like to note that Dr. Rios is not a very timely man, and is not all that concerned wth spending time with his patients. He mainly lets his staff do his job and then he approves or tells them to change it. It was a really bad experience and I would NOT recommend him in the least.

About Front Desk: Originally, there was a girl named Emily, and she was just awesome. She made me feel relaxed and helped me with care credit and just went above and beyond. Then at my next appointment, I found out she had quit. Now the girl that was rude to me at my previous appointment (shame on me for asking for a cup for the water machine they have in the waiting room so I could take my anxiety medication before we started!) was in charge. It definitely went downhill quickly from there. No call backs from messages... heck no answering the phone at all! But the worst was the mixed up appointment times- she gave me a specified time but input it in the computer at a different time and then tried to charge me fees for not showing up! She did it three times! Thank goodness I kept the card where she wrote down my appointment time for proof. Just find somewhere else to go.

About Hygienist: The hygienist I had was named Michelle, and she was very nice, personality-wise, that is... as far as being nice with the cleaning tools- not so much. She was very rough and even though I specifically said I can't have a cold water rinse (my teeth were/are in terribly shape, so I need it more room tempature-ish), she still blasted me with icy cold water. She also didn't seem to do a thorough job to me... she sort of did one side really well, and then kind of just glazed over the other. There was a huge difference in the feel of cleanliness.

I followed the recommendation of a trusted friend and she was right on. I was looking for a caring and skilled dentist for my family that was also willing to work within my budget. I can't imagine trusting anyone else as much as them.

About Hygienist: Dawn is super and very gentle. She explains everything and shows me what needs to be done without being pushy.

Everything this dentist did to my teeth (crowns and a bridge) had to be replaced within a year. The cost of the repairs is running close to $20,000.00. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone. I am in pain, my teeth are a mess and I blame it on this poor excuse for a dentist. I wouldn't bring my dog here for a cleaning.

I had a check up done recently and had many fillings done with the help of my insurance. The facility is nice and I was treated very nicely. The doctor and staff took care of me and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I would recommend others to have their visits with Dr. Rios

My family first met Dr. Rios when our son had a bike accident and broke both of his front teeth. Dr. Rios opened his office when he was closed just to see him. Zac was terrified before going and now he looks foward to his visits. My husband and I are also patients now and can attest to his good hands. Fortunately we had insurance which covered most of the expense.

About Hygienist: Their hygienist is alway friendly, gentle, and quite funny

Dr. Rios took care of me on an emergency when no one else would even pick up the phone. His attention to detail and service was exceptional. I have recommended him to my best friends and family.
