I have had numerous proceedures done by Dr. Watson over a period of many years and I find her to be very competent and her staff excellent.
I would recommend her to anyone.

2 children (ages 7 & 8) with extensive cavities were treated by Dr Watson. She left root tips in on one extraction which later became infected and needed to be surgically removed. 1 filling is the first child and 2 in the 2nd were so poorly done (decay left behind, poorly sealed) that absesses developed resulting in an extraction and 2 pulpectomies (by a DIFFERENT dentist). She should have done pulpectomies in the first place, but didn't.

The facilities are dirty and the equipment is old. The office is short staffed and the staff is not very fluent with insurance policies or procedures. When I visited, Ms. Watson took personal calls numerous times during my procedure. Compared to other treatments I have received from other establishments it was not as thorough and the customer service was very lacking.
