Dr. Jackson has the best hygienists and assistants. That is the only reason I can think of that keeps Dr. Jackson "in business". The office manager is very pushy and rude, and doesn't seem to be quite knowledgable enough for her position. The office seems very unorganized. Dr. Jackson is impatient and arrogant. I have often heard him be unpleasant with the patients and the staff. I believed that he is a selfish man without a desire to do what is in a patients best interest. The parking at his office is horrible, also. It is right off of a major highway with lots of traffic, and there is little room to park. If you have an appointment in the morning, be prepared for a phone call wanting you to reschedule because the doctor is running late. But be prepared to wait no matter what time of day your appointment is. I would definately say that the drive to McKinney or Greenville is worth it. I would not recommend Dr. Jackson to my friends and family.
