I've had dozens of fillings, 6 crowns, and more. The cost is far lower than any other dentist I've been to. Parnes also doesn't get irritated when you raise your hand to have him stop for a moment. I can't say much about the pain since dentist shots have never numbed me.
About Front Desk: Linda is very kind and treats you well. It's not one of those false types of kindness that's forced, but instead a real kindness. I actually look forward to going to the dentist nowadays. That should tell you something.

Have had several fillings done over the years and have always been pleased with the results. Friendly staff and reasonably priced for the quality work I have received.

I had a root canal done a year back by a different doctor and my crown and filling both fell off and I had a hole! After days of research (and after visiting a couple of bad doctors), I found Dr. Parnes and set up an appointment with him. The environment is so non-threatening and very friendly! The doc is great - he thoroughly examined me and explained what needed to be done. I didn't have to think twice before fixing the appointment to fix my missing tooth! And yes, he fixed my tooth great! I was very surprised that I got out of the place painfree especially after being given 3-4 shots in my gums. I've had several minor issues with my teeth all along and have had tons of doctors give shots to me in my gums - this was BY FAR the LEAST painful!!! Two things I know: 1. I'll visit Dr. Parnes for as long as he practises in the Atlanta area and 2. I'll look for another private practice if I couldn't go to him for some reason - the big fancy offices with rude doc/staff are just not worth it!

Overall good dentist and very friendly. He has a small practice and I have had NO billing issues. Staff is friendly and that leads to a pleasant experience.

Excellent dentist in solo practice. Painless and does cleanings. Accepts several dental insurances and never had a problem with coverage or claims.
Very personal and knowledgeable. Doesn't push and extra unnecessary procedures.
Highly recommended.
