my son hates going here! the hygienist are rude and go on and on in front of other patients about him brushing his teeth. be professional!!! it's a child we are talking about! wish I could go to another doctor! hate going here

I felt the hygienists were awful! very displeased with the customer service I received. they are not friendly and you are just treated like a number. save your money and go to a small place. they have too many patients and really don't care about the kids. it's sad.

Dr. Ferris is treating me, and all of my kids. Me and my daughter both have braces and my son has lingual spacers behind his top and bottom teeth.
I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ferris and his staff! I have had my braces on for two years and he is extremely thorough. He started with a conservative treatment plan, which I liked!
My insurance does not cover adult orthodontic treatment, so I had to pay out of pocket for my braces. His office explained the cost of the treatment plan clearly and the payment plan they set up was very reasonable! He may have been a little more expensive but the money was well worth it!
Now that we are nearing the end of our treatment, he has made sure that there isn't anything else we are worried about. He answers my questions and has done a fabulous job of coordinating my treatment with my dentist! Shari, Susan, LIsa, and Audrey are AWESOME.
Will be taking my other two children to him when the time comes for them to get their braces on! If you are looking for a friendly office with great attention to detai and customer service, this is the orthodontist for you!

Dr. Ferris is a super star! He is currently doing my wife's braces. I am a general dentist so I wanted to make sure someone with impeccable skills did her orthodontics. I referred her to Dr. Ferris and things have been awesome! We both love him and his staff. All the personnel are friendly and helpful. The office is gorgeous and brand new. Dr. Ferris is very meticulous and detail oriented. He does a great job of informing us on what is going on with her treatment. I would most definately recommend Dr. Ferris to anyone of any age looking for orthodontics. Hook 'Em, Dr. Ferris!
