Dr. Shust is awesome, love this guy. A co-worker, who has a fear of dentists, recommended Dr. Shust to me. She said, "Jeanette, I am so afraid of dentist, but I needed to to have a tooth extracted...the pain was killing me". So she went to see Dr. Steve based upon another co-worker's recommendation. She was blown away by how painless her experience was. I was too. I recommended him to my stepdad and mom, and now he is their dentist too. Not only is he awesome at what he does, he has the most pleasant personality of any dentist/doctor I've seen (and I have had the pleasure of being seen by some awesomely pleasant surgeons, doctors and dentist). And his staff is amazingly pleasant too, and so accomodating. Thanks Dr. Steve - and staff, for making my experience as painless, stress-free and enjoyable as possible. Jeanette

Dr. Steve is awesome. He's been my dentist for many years. He has an office in Lake Forest where he does everything himself... even cleanings so you know you are getting a good examination.

i had no dental insurance at the time, but was desperately in need of a fix for a broken tooth. he kindly patched me up with an inexpensive composite filling, which he thought might last for a year or 2, until i graduated and got some insurance. it's lasted 6 years ... and counting. super nice guy, former football star, mayor daley's dentist, with a great office overlooking millennium park. highly recommended.
