This "dentist" insisted he was well experienced with removing wisdom teeth and said visiting an oral surgeon would be excessive. Of course, I found out the hard way that you should go to an oral surgeon. He lost one of my wisdom teeth in my sinus cavity, and as I was bleeding profusely, without even anything resembling an apology or regret, he shoves me out the door to a last-minute referral to an oral surgeon. Naturally, after looking at my insurance bill, which is limited to a certain amount per month, he had filed claim for his "services" the next day, letting me deal with the rest of the oral surgeon's bill. This incompetent fool should have his license revoked. Ripping off patients and the insurance only makes it worse. Avoid him at all costs.

Extremely easy to make an appointment. My concern is that he does a lot of not necessary procedures to boost his bottom line.

They got bad customer service and didn't do a good job!. I did several teeth cleaning and deep cleaning processes in Dr. Joh office. Not good in their cleaning job! Waiting time was so long and the cleaning time was so short, but without a good result!
I found several times my teeth were not cleaned very much after I went home. The cost is expensive though, almost every time they charged me more than the original estimate.
When I have questions regarding my bills, the customer service's attitude was very rude! Not recommend this Dr. to anyone.

This dentist is a great businessman, but not a great doctor. His ethics are questionable. The minute you step into his office (happened to not only me, but 3 of my friends as well), he determines that all your teeth need to be replaced with porcelain ones because "the fillings are too big". This was not true at all. The bill that he slams in your face is awful, but not nearly as bad as the results from his services. He did many of my fillings and the ones in the front turned out yellow (twice!). He also started drilling a tooth that was not bad - he apologized. I had to have surgeries because of this doctor - his work had to be corrected by others.
