Filling replaced and teeth cleaning. Teeth cleaning was very fast and of poor quality. Dentist was not very knowledgeable and work was done that was not needed.

This man has got to be the best dentist in Seattle - Dr. Chang is a pleasant and courteous man, a highly competent and a very skilled professional who knows how to treat people - Dr. Chang did an extraction for me that had the potential to be very painful. Not only was it fast, it was also pain free. I have seen many dentists and I think Dr. nejamin Chnag may be one of the best yet. I highly recommend Dr. bejamin Chang.

Great, approchable, honest dentist. Family owned and run business, very flexible, easy to work with and he actually remembers who you are! I had my braces done there. He does almost all the work himself and so knows what's going on with you. Very nice and easy to work with.

Dr. Chang's facilities are hard to find and look dated. As such it provided me a bit of stress when sitting in the chair. It is painted using institutional colors--I know that looks aren't everything so I continued on. I have had one cleaning and one fitting for a bruxism guard, no cavities filled however. I will wait to judge or change reviews based on a future filling. He is in my network for denstists and is the only one I can walk to, therefore I picked him, as it is close to home rather than work. The customer service is very good when they schedule appts. I found that when my insurance paid more than I thought, and I was due a refund, I had to contact them to receive it (although they mailed a check in a timely manner). Dr. Chang's wife runs the office and she is very skilled personally, and pleasant to talk to. This is a very small operation, run simply by Dr. and Ms. Chang. Dr. Chang himself is short on words, but efficient. He also commendably did not prescribe me antibiotics immediately when I thought I had an infection, but convinced me to wait it out. He also said that if for some reason I needed an emergency service (I was going away for a long weekend) to contact him immediately as needed, which I appreciated

He is a very nice man. He does not push you into procedures you do not need. I've had another dentist tell me I needed over 10,000 in work but Dr Chang said it wasn't that bad and fixed me with some extractions and fillings.

I got my teeth cleaned from Dr. Chang last summer. Most of my visit was nice; others were not. The facilities were hard to find but the insides were nice and clean. I don't know what the cost was; it was covered by my insurance. However, the payment convenience was great. I scheduled a visit, configured with the dentist and my insurance, and got my teeth cleaned. No hassle, no cost to me. The treatment was good. Since I only got my teeth cleaned, the procedure was not too difficult. The discomfort was minimal and there was no stress or anxiety (I've never had a problem with the dentist). And my teeth were extremely clean afterwards. The only thing I didn't like about the dentist was his attitude. He asked if I had taken X-rays at my last dentist visit (with a different dentist) and I could not remember. When I told him I only wanted my teeth cleaned, he kept bring the topic back to X-rays. He kept asking me if I took them at my last visit and I kept saying I didn't remember. He then would make remarks about how I could not remember, as if criticizing me, which I didn't appreciate at all. In conclusion, good facilities, good convenience, good cleaning, but the dentist could have been more friendly.
