I have been attending Dr. Lu's dental office for about a year now. Before going to Dr. Lu, I haven't been to the dentist for 5 years. I finally built up the courage to get a cleaning. Dr. Lu and staff welcomed me with a great demeanor and I know I felt comfortable already. As I looked around, the office was greatly taken care of, very clean, and the office gives a home like feel. The staff seats you in an operatory and explains every step of the appointment. They do really want to make friends; they ask you how are you, where are you from, and they converse with you and that is what I liked the most. Made me feel more comfortable. Once the Dr. introduces herself, you get the feeling that she is a fun dentist with her cartoo printed top. She gave me a quick exam and let me know what needs to be done, what is most urgent, and how much its going to cost. She explains very well and in detail every little thing she is concerned about. Procedure are quick but excellent work with no pain. I bring my daughter also and I'm surprised my 4 yr old hasn't cried once getting her teeth cleaned with a filling (with no numbing) There are tv's in every operatory and kids get a wonderful gift bag on the way out! I recommend her!
