I am wary of dentists, and feel they have been dishonest with me in the past, but Dr. Tian has always been very straightforward about my teeth and when I ask for explanations, takes the time to talk to me and give me reasons for his recommendations. He also understands if I don't want to go through with a procedure that he suggests.

Dr Tian provided a routine checkup and found some problems with my teeth, but went through possible remedies in a very patient, straightforward manner without any sort of hard sell, drawing helpful diagrams and the like. He had a gentle manner in checking and cleaning teeth. His dental assistant seemed less experienced but very careful. The front desk seemed a little unorganized but I would recommend this for routine, uncomplicated, dental visits.

I have been his office twice. First time was for tooth extraction, and the 2nd was for front teeth decay. The latter one was horrible and very painful: blooding till late that night, serious hurt in the gum... I still remember the assistant busy drying the blood in my mouth, and piles of bloody cotton pads in front of me.
