I found Dr. Azizi to be very calm, competent, gentle and friendly. Both my husband and I were very pleased with her care. We each had crowns put on. We found both the waiting room and procedure rooms to be very clean and neat. The reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. We were very impressed by the quality of the work done at a reasonable cost. We do not have dental insurance. Dr. Malmquist, the manager of this facility is a nature photographer and each procedure room had a different beautiful photograph on the wall the patient sees--very restful.

About Hygienist: Amy was a delight. Very competent and friendly.
