I've been going to her for 3 years but I've been going to this practice for 8. During my time with her, she has been on a constant upsell. EAch vist she provides treatment recommendations which are ALL cosmetic and have nothing to do with the health of my teeth and gums. I was very sour on that since my last visit which was Jan 2007 but was scheduled for a cleaning in Nov 2007. The office called me twice to remind me, including at 10am the day of for a 12:30p appt. I get to the dentist office promptly and asked them if they would let the dentist know I was there because I had a problem there before with being made to wait 40 minutes and the dentist didn't even know I was in the office waiting. AFter 15 minutes, I told them that my time was very limited and to please check her status. She comes back to say that the dentist had an emergency root canal and would I like to reschedule. My gripe is that if they could call me to remind me 2.5 hrs before to remind me about the appointment, why couldn't they call me regarding this emergency. Because this was my second instance of poor customer service and I believe they are in it for the money anyway, I'm never going back there.
