UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, CONDESCENDING, SHE IS MEAN AND RUDE TO HER STAFF!! NOTHING WARM AND FUZZY ABOUT HER PRACTICE AND SHE IS A PEDIATRIC DENTIST!!

This dentist is rude.She does not clearly communicate with patients parents and she makes up rules and regulations as she goes.I hate this office so much im not even allowed to bring my kids to their appointments someone else is.

About Front Desk: The front desk staff is even worst than the dentist. They are slow rude and clearly incompetent they harass the hell out of you continuing to call you even when you have already confirmed an appointment. They do not communicate well and will have you come all the way to you appointment just to tell you a service cant be done because they needed you to sign forms in advance when they never even made that clear. This is the worst place ever I hate these people.

Dr. Avionne Amanda Hill is unprofessional. She does not know how to relate to parents. She becomes visibly upset if you have an opinion contrary to hers. She recommends milkshakes as rewards to children for dental visits. A McDonald's milkshake has 111 grams of sugar and 770 calories. She said that she knows what is best for children more than the parent because she sees a lot of children She could not believe that a parent did not want to reward their child with a sugary treat after a dental visit. She had no low-sugar options. Her recommendations will likely have children returning to her office more often than twice a year, and likely for more than a cleaning! Avoid Avionne Amanda Hill,

About Front Desk: Various staff members will call you ad nauseam with the same insurance questions, even while you are in route to your appointment - lack of organization and professionalism from Avionne and staff.

Absolutely criminal pricing. $738 for routine dental cleanings for mytwo daughters-didn't even include xrays! Beware of these high tech con artists!

Top Notch! does a great job of explaining in laymans terms . younger one cried at last visit because it wasn't her appointment and she didn't get to go to the dentist.

Excellent Pediatric Dentist! Efficient and friendly office. I was referred to her by my family dentist who highly recommended her . Her bedside manner with my three year old was really great . My daughter loved it so much we stayed at her office for regular checks up. Two Thumbs up!

My 7 year-old daughter has been receiving multiple treatments for carries and even had one tooth removed. Over the 5 visits, I've asked Dr. Hill a number of questions and she either got upset that I was asking the questions or she didn't answer the question. When I would ask clarifying questions, she invariably got frustrated and upset. She was condescending to both my wife and I and spoke to us like we were children. She spoke to her dental assistant like this as well. When asked about the scientific basis for her remarks, she got very defensive and contradicted herself. Her manual dexterity seemed good, but her attitude and communication skills lacks quite a bit.
