My husband and I both see Dr. Gunn for regular cleanings, xrays and fillings. She has a very modern office on the 12th floor with a lot of natural light. She uses very up to date equipment and displays your xrays on a computer screen right next to your examination chair. Costs are average for the DC Metro area. She has limited office hours but she will make time for you if it is urgent or an emergency. She does not use a dental hygenist and performs all dental cleanings herself. We would definitely recommend her to others for regular dental care.

Finally, I found a good dentist in DC. Top-notch care, gives patients plenty of time, shares information, is thorough about cleaning (and does it herself), and uses state-of-the-art equipment.

Excellent manner, but no sink near patients' chair, so unable to rinse mouth during procedure. Made for a very uncomfortable experience.
