Presented options of root canal or crown. Still went with my decision for crown although hygienist described her as specializing in root canal. To the point chair-side manners, and frequently checked on my pain/discomfort level. Billing not very smooth (billing staff, not Dr. Tan) -- for example, insurance adjustment took a while, but office has changed billing software.
About Hygienist: Some hygienist turn-over, but experience was good.
