STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!
For the longest time I refrained from writing this review but now I have to. I have been going to this office for over 17 years, since 1994, back then this office was in its first few years of existence. I was loyal to this office up until a few years ago when one day the receptionist (white) with long greasy brown wavy hair, I forget the name, allocated me to be treated by a young female dentist with a pretty face. She did a lousy job putting in two fillings, leaving them with chiseled unpolished surface on the enamel with multiple hard-edge corners cutting into my mouth's inner skin. I returned back with a complain and that grease-haired receptionist started giving me attitude as if I was to be blamed for this. My regular doctor, Yampolsky, fixed the problem, admitting that she did a lousy job.
Ever since that day this grease-haired receptionist has been spreading gossip and bad rap about me to the assistant of dr. Yampolsy - Janna, who in turn became treating me with neglect, one time intentionally dropping a computer keyboard on my left arm during doctor's work on my teeth. Dr. Yampolsky is a good doctor surrounded by unprofessional staff, except receptionist Ilona and manager Anna.

My experience in this office is negative. My husband used to go there for many years and he reccommended me this office. First time I went there I was waiting for about half an hour, they made x-ray and examined my teeth. They didn't tell me anything, except that I needed cleaning and one of my teeth was cracked. So I scheduled next appointment for cleaning for the following week. That visit I was waiting more than ah hour, the hygeniest told me that I need a deep cleaning and was surprised that doctor didn't mention it. So I scheduled another appointment for the following week. That day I called them about moving my appointment a little bit later but the front desk ladies Olesya and Ilana told me that it's better to come at time that was scheduled. So I came, I left my newborn with my husband and again was waiting for an hour, then I was told that I had to wait a little bit, then again a little bit, then in a half an hour I came to Olesya and asked her to find out when the doctor would see me, she said that doctor would not see me because he had 2 more patients, on my question why you didn't tell me and kept me waiting for an hour and a half in your office, Olesya told me that nobody knew abt it. I wouldn't reccommend this office

Great dental work, the wait too long sometimes. Doctor knowledgeable and funny.
