Wisom teeth removal- My son is still in pain and instead of saying he needs to come back to be checked he was told to give it more days. He could have dry socket or complications but you know its the holiday's so why bother them right? not...

About Front Desk: The office staff are a JOKE... VERY RUDE... they CUT you off when speaking THEN proceed to laugh at you... UNBELIEVABLE

Beware!! Do not go Dr. Walker. Do not have your wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Walker. He fractured my bones in 3 places and punctured my sinuses. I had to go to the emergency room 3 times for severe pain and now am having to see another oral surgeon to fix the damage that was done. It was the worst and most painful experience of my life.

I was referred for TMD consult with Dr Walker. I thought his office staff was NOT pleasant, had more of a short attitude on the phone and more so in person. I left feeling I wasted my time and money at this place. Will not be returning and certainly will not be recommending :(

I googled Dr. Walker as my dentist used another surgeon. He accepted my insurance and had no NEG reviews. Dr. Walker was amazing. His staff is rather pleasant. The office is out dated in decor, but current in treatment. He was very pleasant, and even called me personally later that day to check on me. He included his CELL phone number on the care sheet, and said call with any questions, any time. I just had the treatment done, and I am nearly pain free, and completely understand what happened, what to expect, and how to handle it. I would recommend to anyone!

I was referred to Dr. Alex Walker when it came time for my wisdom teeth to be extracted. The extent of my dental work up until then was one root canal and tooth extraction, for which I was sedated by the very pleasant Dr. Gordon Green in Lyons, IN. I was told that I would be sedated sufficiently for the procedure, and yet I remained awake the entire time. The aftermath of the surgery was horrifying; I am still having to explain to strangers that I didn't get beat up. Walker was so rough with my tiny face that there was bruising all the way up under my eye, making it look as though someone punched me and gave me a black eye. When I returned to see him for a follow-up (which I was very reluctant to do in the first place), he proceeded to tell me that I was a difficult case, with at least one of my wisdom teeth growing over a nerve, and all four having been impacted. Yet he refused to prescribe me anything more for my immense pain, telling me that 60 total 5mg hydrocodone pills were sufficient, even though I made sure he knew they were gone and I had nothing to treat the incredible pain. He has a very poor bedside manner and I have never been treated so poorly by a medical "professional." This man deserves to lose business.
