August 6, 2015: Today I had a cleaning scheduled at Countyline Dental located at 21457 NW 2nd Avenue, Miami, Fl. The cleaning was performed by the dentist Dr. Richard Mancuso as there is no hygienist available at this office. The cleaning was scheduled for 12 noon but he was running a little behind and the cleaning started exactly 12:30 pm. He was finished by 12:40 pm. Yes I checked my watch. His assistant applied a little fluoride and I was at the checkout desk by 12:45. Again I checked the time. Needless to say my teeth aren’t clean after all he missed the entire upper left quadrant, inner and outer. He also missed the lower left quadrant, inner and outer. I will not return.

About Front Desk: July 27th, 2015: I was seen at Countyline Dental for an oral exam and screening. I paid $50 for the oral exam which did not include x-rays as I brought my own. A cap was loose and Dr. Mancuso explained that since the initial work was done at that office there would be no charge to re-cement the cap. Upon check out Julie, the office manager confirmed the no charge assessment. Today, August 6, I found out they billed my insurance anyway. When I questioned Julie about this she said “MY BAD”. Please stay away from this place. They will up-charge any service , in other words they will tell you it’s one price and bill another price. Be warned.

very rude and unprofessional. Gloria a woman at front desk called me a Liar etc
