Dr. Defaii is excellent in asking how he is doing while he is working on my teeth. If I need him to be more gentle or go slower I will let him know. He seems caring and always ask how my children are doing. Most of the time that I am there, there are always multiple people in his chairs and I'm assuming he is working on all of them at the same time. He must be good and fast to be able to multi-task like that. The receptionist is very helpful in making sure that my insurance is covering a certain procedure.
