I like Dr. Albano. The front staff, Roberta and Angela are professional, friendly and make one feel very welcome. The hygenists and the dental assistants are knowledgeable {forgive me, cannot recall their names} and gentle; they actually remain in the very comfortable treatment areas with you until the doctor comes to you! Dr. John Albano{and his staff} is a very caring person, patient with me and waiting time is minimal; he does not overbook. The one time I had to wait about 30 minutes he apologized and explained the delay. I highly recommend him. Payments are easily handled and I do not feel forced nor resentful with it-my partial insurance refund was handled quickly. I'm being treated by him and an implantologist .I'll post again once all my work is completed.
