Dr Cho caused permanent nerve damage during prep and installation of a crown. All she did was prescribe antibiotics and pain killers after I complained of pain. Then she made me come into her office to pick up the prescription. She told me "it wasted too much of her time" to phone the pharmacy directly. I would definitely not recommend her. Her attitude is terrible; she wouldn't even return my phone calls when I called to speak with her after this incident.

I wish I had not seen her or let her treat my teeth. She insisited to have a crown for a tooth with fillings saying it can be broken at any time and it must have deep cavity inside so that I cannot even have a crown later. Even if I told her I am fine with tooth with no problems at all, she set up a date for a crown. So I decided to follow a professional's opinion. After I had a crown and new fillings for neighboring teeth, I had a horrible pain. She prescribed me painkillers and anti-biotic, then she referred me to a specialist for root canal treatment. I had a crown not to have any more problems, but I have more problems now. Her attitudes is like "take pills for pains, still pains?, take more pills, still pains? go remove root canal what is a big deal" Dr. Cho, my teeth was fine before I walked into your office, now I am suffering from pains, cannot drink cold or hot drink, cannot eat sweet food. So your money is more important than patient. I hope you have zero patient soon, so that you will look for other job with which you cannot harm other people for your money.

She recommended crown for tooth which was just fine without pains, after a crown I started to have horrible constant pains. She subscribed me pain-killers and anti-biotic for 10days while she was on vacation, and was willing to give me more pills for pains. After she came back from vacation, she took x-ray and told me x-ray looked just fine. But I was still in pains, so she said she would refer me for root canal treatment. So I decided to go for 2nd opinions and picked up x-rays today. There was no x-ray taken a couple days ago, receptionist told me the x-ray didn't develop. So Dr. Cho was lying about x-ray which didn't even exist. What a horrible personality and professionalism! She didn't care I have suffered from the pains from the crown she insisted, and did nothing about it, even lied about x-ray, then was gladly about to refer me to a specialist for referral fees. I told her I don't want a crown,, the tooth just fine many times. Now because I trusted her, I have suffered from pains, spent money, need to go through a lot more painful treatment. Dr. Cho, you are terrible personally and professionally. Shame on you!!
