the braces was not my problem, once i got the brace off they took my impressions for my retainers, told me to come back later that day around 4:00pm & they will be ready. I come back at 4:30pm & they were not ready at all, I waited almost an hour for my retainers to be cut & then the bottom retainer did not fit. they had to retake my impressions & asked if i could come back at 6:30pm, as if I have nothing else to do. I came back the next day at a different location & they forgot my retainer at the other office.. so on & so on, I eventually got my retainer but you see how that could have went a totally different way if they had people who actually know what they are doing?? Im so happy that i am done treatment with them!
About Front Desk: the people at the front desk are rude & loud. always eating, dressed outside of their professional attire, etc..
