I had teeth in an hour on the lower denture done and then followed that up with a set of full upper implants as well. I cannot say enough of the staff and their care from my first visit to my last followup. Every person in the office made you feel comfortable, almost like a long lost friend. The atmosphere is casual and professional. It is nice to walk into a place and be happy to be there and even after you leave, you feel the same. From seeing the scar on my hip (bone graft) to every time I smile and eat, I feel lucky that my prosthedontist recommended me to Dr. Loetscher. You always want the best when it comes to your health, and based on some of the "horror" stories I have heard and seen from people that have had implants done elsewhere, I went to the right place. My smile is flawless, and for anyone that has had dentures, the feel of implants done correctly is fantastic. You can meet with others for implants, but the combination of the doctor, the staff, and the excellent care, this is the place to go.

A little over a year ago, my prosthedontist introduced me to Dr. Loetscher to begin work on implants for both my upper and lower jaw. It was the best introduction I could have had. Dr. Loetscher's staff was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel at home from day 1. In fact, after not seeing me for 8 months, everyone peronnally came and spoke to me on my 1st visit back and they had only known me for 4 months! Dr Loetscher is a no-nonsense surgeon and is great at being direct and up front with you from your initial visit through to your last followup. He did 2 surgeries for me including bone grafts from my own hip to my upper jaw, and the surgeries, the discomforts (surprising little), healing times, and results were exactly what he said they would be. The implants (13) all took with no problems. The teamwork between my dentist and Dr. Loetscher could not have made me feel any more at ease. I am grateful to my dentist for suggesting Dr. Loetscher, and knew once I met him that he could complete the job and do it well, VERY well. I recommend that anyone who needs to talk about implants and what they can do for you NEEDS to talk to Dr. Loetscher. He and his staff are absolutely the best!

I have nothing but high recommendations for this doctor. I had my wisdom teeth taken out by him. I'm an extremely anxiety-ridden individual who had been putting off the removal for years. But, alas, one Sunday morning, an evil onion-ring shattered one of them, and their fate was sealed. The doctor and his team of assistants and nurses were very patient with me, didn't treat me like an overgrown child, and I felt comfortable with them. They invited questions anytime. They actually took time to answer all my crazy questions to calm my worries. The doctor called late the evening of the surgery just to followup! I think maybe he does that with patients that are alone at home? He also provided an afterhours number for him (not his answering service). I really feel like this is a doctor that cares about his patients and their results. I had insurance, so the downpayment at time of service was 25% of final amount. Then, they bill insurance for you and figure up the difference. In the end, my insurance will pay 50% , so I'll end up paying more once they finish with the insurance filings, and bill me. 25% upfront is very fair in my opinion. I would gladly seek out this doctor again, if needed, for me or my child.

My son had his wisdom teeth out at Dr. Loetscher's office. He was very professional and confident which relaxed both of us concerning the procedure. My son had very few problems afterwards. The only problem was with the insurance but that was finally straightened out with the help of the offfice staff.
