I had my first visit to Kingsbridge Dental this past Saturday. I went in for my preventative appointment; x-rays and cleaning. The customer service from the front desk was great and that's where it ends. This was the worst cleaning I've ever had and the dentist did such a wham-bam-thank you-mam job. I have healthy teeth and no cavities so he just did a sloppy job and sent me on my way. I left there still feeling the roughness of the plaque behind my teeth. My teeth were not cleaned properly. The plaque was still there and not brightness to my teeth. Normally, I can really tell the difference when I leave the dentist. Not even my husband could tell I had my teeth cleaned. It's the Bronx, what do you expect.
About Hygienist: the hygienist was the WORST!!! This dude man-handled my head like we were in a wrestling match. He was so rough when he was taking the x-rays my neck started to hurt. He was sloppy and trying to do things so fast that he kept dropping things and rushing. Haste makes waste!
