My son had braces and a hold arch appliance. This was a phase 1 treatment for his teeth. The treatment was outstanding he say results after just the first few weeks and the overall results were amazing. Dr Robison was very thorough in his treatment explanations and other staff members were very helpful to ensure that our 9year old son was comfortable and confident. We have recommended Robison Orthodontics to all of our Family and friends. The ice cream in the Mesa office made waiting in the reception area quite fun.
About Front Desk: Front desk always greeted us upon entering the office and was quick to schedule our next appointment. Reminders were always sent via, text and email which was very convenient.

I Brought my daughter Hailei to the MESA office for her free ortho consultation... This office is absolutely awesome and the staff is super professional and caring (put Hailei @ease)!

Charged for invisaline but ended up with regular braces and job not well done. All for something that I really only needed a retainer for!!!! Poor listening skills, did everything I specifically asked him NOT to. Said it mattered what I wanted but in the end took it very personally when I mentioned I wasn't happy with something and took it out on my teeth. Had to have a root canal as a result, had to go back to have a broken permanent retainer taken off that they put on- was told beforehand that I would not be charged, and then they refused to honor it and the man who dealt with me treated me quite rudely. They admitted the lady over the phone told me that but said I still needed to pay, and if I didn't they would bill me and it would go on my credit if I didn't pay them! Had to go somewhere else and have more work done to fix what they did wrong. Overcharged and very poor customer service from ortho and billing! I've worked in customer service and marketing for years so I do have some experience here. A nice looking office unfortunately does not make a great orthodontist. Beware.

poor treatment sucess, having them redone, and now paying out of my pocket as he sucked up all my insurance benefits. Question his billing ethics

I just finished my Invisilign treatment, and it was a complete success. Virtually no pain, wonderful facility, great staff, and competitive rates. I'd recommend Dr. Tyler Robison completely!

This is by far the best orthodontist place I've seen. My mother and I chose this place because of its great service and work. They did an amazing job on my teeth. They have an outstanding waiting area where my mother can enjoy her ice cream and movie, as well as a gaming area for my sister when she comes along. One of the best things in this place is the staff. They are fun to talk to and are great with working with others. I always enjoy coming to their office for a checkup. I also strongly recommend others to at least come in and look around to see all the patients enjoying their own stay.

I had braces put on last week and the staff and facility were so impressive! I felt right at home and I appreciate the staff making me feel welcome and cared for. I had a late appointment because i scheduled after work but the staff stayed after hours to get my braces on for me.
I would definitely recommend this office for anyone looking to have braces put on!
I just got my braces put on and will have them for 12 mos. I can't wait to see the results

My boys and I see Dr. Robison. The office staff is wonderful, very friendly. The office is very easy to get appointments. The office is very relaxing and fun to be in. As far as treatment I am two months into my Invisalign Treatment and I love it. Dr. Robison knows what he is doing and answers all my questions. I had braces on as a kid for three years and this office is so much better. I have such confidence that he is giving us the treatment in the fastest, most effective and cheapest way that can be done. They are the best orthodontist office around.

Dr. Robison and his staff are AMAZING!! From the first moment we pulled into the parking lot with our own personalized space to the very last day of treatment, we were so comfortable and impressed with all of our experiences. The staff is fantastic! We had several emergencies and the gals came in on a Saturday to help fix our son's broken braces. Their reward systems are very encouraging to the kids and of course the soft serve after the appointment is always a big hit! Treatment payment plans were very reasonalble and our insurance did cover part of the expense. I would HIGHLY recommend Robison Orthodonics...we will never go any where else! Visit them today...you won't be disappointed, I promise!!

This is my second time getting braces and I am having a great time. So unlike my other orthodontist! Now I look forward to being here and coming! I love it!!!!!
