Very calm atmosphere, no pressure. I really enjoyed the change of enviromemt from usual dental office. Staff easant.

Was a new patient many years ago. At first I was impressed with the office. When I took my daughter in she told me she needed to fill ten cavities and it would cost a ridiculous amount. We went to another dentist. I did njot tell him what she told us. He did an exam and took xrays. NO CAVITIES! She has only had one cavity since.

The good part about going to this dentist is the atmosphere. When you go, you'll get a hand paraffin wax, your jewelry cleaned, lip balm, hand massage, and a scented neck roll, then a cookie and starbucks frap on your way out.
However, she is focused on cosmetic dentistry. Sometimes I kind of had the sense she was in the money making business (maybe because I was always being asked if I wanted zoom whitening). I never had cavities in the past, but when I started going to Dr. Ziegele, they started showing up (you'll see why I wonder if I really had any to begin with). Shortly after getting a filling, it came out while I was flossing. After getting it replaced, I had x-rays and she said I would need a crown. At the time, we couldn't afford it, so we were going to wait, and then our insurance was dropped.
Two years later, I got new insurance and had to go to a different dentist. After getting full x-rays, he said I didn't need a crown. So either my tooth miraculously was better, or I never needed one if the first place. Glad I didn't get completely ripped off! :)

I broke off a front crown end of December. I contacted Dr. Ziegele by her email. She called and offered to come in on her day off to help me, even though I wasn't a patient yet. I ended up having all my front crowns replaced, a total of 8. The one that had broke needed an implant. The tooth removal and implant were painless. The entire staff treats you with courtesy and respect. You are given headphones and a hand & foot massage during treatment. Very pleasant, clean office. Looks like a nice place to work, too!

Dr. Ziegele has been my dentist for several years and I have always been happy with all the procedures. Their office specializes in restorative and cosmetic dentistry, but they treat me just as well even though I only come in for cleanings and check-ups.
Dr. Ziegele always remembers me and my exact needs and what's going on with my teeth, all her staff greet me by name when I call or come in, service is VERY personable.
They are on the more expensive side, but I don't think that is their fault. Insurance only pays so much, unfortunately. This place is SO SO WORTH it though, without a doubt!
They offer all sorts of "spa" extras that would probably keep me coming back even if I was paranoid about dental work - neck and arm massages, heated pillows, your own music or whatever movie you want - they'll even go rent one ahead of time if you want to see something specific during a longer procedure!
They do before and after "make-over" photo sessions for their cosmetic clients complete with hair and make-up and the whole works... VERY cool!
Flowers and bottled water and chocolates and fresh-baked cookies... I forget I'm at the dentist away out in lil' old Sumner, Washington! This place could be in downtown New York!!

Dr. Ziegele gave me a stunning new smile in just a few visits. She and her team are committed to excellence, not just acceptable and made sure that I was happy. Not the cheapest, just the BEST when you want to have your smile restored. Her staff are so friendly and helpful - Dr. Ziegele even gave me her home phone number and urged me to call with any questions that I had. They made this whole experience amazing and even thought I drove 2 hours, I will never go anywhere else again. I recommend their office over and over. They gave me parrafin hand wax, a massage, neck pillow, TV's and movies to choose from, even my own Ipod to listen to! I felt like I was at a spa. This was great.
