She's very sweet, but not the best dentist. When I got a cleaning, she didn't even floss my teeth!!!

She is a true painless dentist. She is gental with her treatment.Staff was friendly and honest. they have a latest technology like laser cavity finder. in office zoom and chair side moniter. their x-ray machine was excellant, you stand in front of it and no gaging when they do x-ray.I really liked them. If you are among few who never liked dentist, just go to her you will love them.

I know this doctor: last three years

I had visisted this doctor for my chipped teeth. Dr. Shroff did an excellent job of getting my tteth fixed with a crown. The entire treatment was painless. The office did have digita xrays and had a chariside TV so u can enjoy it while the treatment is in process. Dr. Shroff was very gentle with the treatment. The staff was very courteous.

This dentist is fairly easy to see. She does not have adequate help in her office, making it I think hard for her. She does a pretty good job, though not superior.

front desk was very helpful in setting up an appointment for my husband. she reviewed the prices of the procedure and helped me with the "discount dental" plan. one of only 2 dentists in bethesda who accept blue cross/blue shield discount dental.

I changed to Dr. Shroff after I was dissatisfied with my last dentist. What a change! Dr. Shroff was patient and considerate, and talked with me about my concerns. I didn't feel rushed, and the office was quiet. They even had TVs in front of every chair, so you can watch TV during your procedure! I also didn't feel any "hard sells" to get procedures done; we discussed implants, but she said I would probably fine to wait. She also does root canals and other more specialized procedures. The only (tiny) catch to this office is its outward appearance; it's actually hidden on the first floor of an apartment building by Montgomery Mall, and you have to be buzzed into the building. Once you get inside though, it looks professional. All in all, recommended, especially if you have Cigna Dental.
