This is a no frills office, but was impressed with Dr. Alandy and her staff. Dr. Alandy does her own cleanings and walked me through proper hygine practices. The office manager quickly filed my insurance claims and was very friendly. Not a dental spa, but that can be a good thing. Would consider using Dr. Alandy for some cosmedic work - she's very sharp!

Old and shabby facilities and tools. Good customer service, however the office stopped being a member of my insurance network after I visited and before the claim was processed. This cause problems and I had to make several phone calls to the insurance company and the dentist office. However, the matter got resolved quickly. My dentist did an OK job but not very thorough. I don't think I am going back.

Dr. Alandy is great but some significant difficulties with appointments.
