Dr. Boucree is above and beyond his expertise as an oral surgeon. He's very informative with his consultation so you can make an informed decision. Dr. Boucree gives patient knowledge to fully inform you of what your general dentist should have informed you for proper dental care and maintenance. I left two general dentists because they failed to fully inform and provide adequate dental care after consultations with Dr. Boucree based on panoramic examination. I rate Dr. Boucree's services as 1st rate on any given day.

The worst practice I have experienced living in Washington, DC in the last thirty years. Avoid at all cost!

About Front Desk: front desk is okay its just that they take lead from the rude and insensitive pompous dentist-Stanley Boucree and son!

He is rude and insensitive. After having all 4 wisdom teeth removed (with only general anesthesia) I was given minimal pain meds and when I called to voice my concern over the fact that I was still very much in pain I was told the Dr was unavailable and to go to the hospital. When I finally got a hold of the doctor he was rude, raised his voice at me and had zero concern for my wellbeing. He is a poor choice for even the most desperate of patients. I warn you strongly to find another Dentist/oral surgeon.

The following is my personal opinion of my experience with this dentist. The office is in a old apartment building. The surgery was ok though my chin was numb for three months while my nerve healed. The real problem I have with these people is their billing habits. They like to do things then tell you they're charging you for them. e.g. a full mouth x-ray, then charged me double the PDP out of pocket, then claim they didn't submit to my insurance only because it wouldn't be covered (even though they really just didn't want me to get the discount). Also, biopsied some tissue without my permission, then told me it'd be covered by insurance, but to date I've been charged 600 between his office and the lab. If you'd like a dentist who will perform whatever procedures he thinks you should have [though you are conscious and could very easily decide for yourself], then charge you an exorbitant amount for them, this is the perfect place to go.
