Let me first say that my challenge is not with Dr. Wesley himself. As a dentist he is a nice, proficient and knowledgeable professional.
Unfortunately the same can not be said for the rest of his staff. I have had a series of problems:
First, in the past year I have had 5 hygienist reschedules. This is on what should have been only two appointments a year. Twice I have arrived at the office to locked doors only to return home later to a message on my voicemail two hours before the appointment notifying me it was rescheduled.
Second, my insurance company pays for what it call "standard and reasonable" care. I have been mis-quoted as to the cost of my treatment by over $100. My insurance company tells me their costs are much higher than other practices in the area and I am stuck with the difference.
My opinion overall is if you pay a premium price, you should expect premium service, and unfortunately this is not the case.
