Dr. George is the best dentist I have been to in my life. I was in a very bad car accident many years ago & many of my teeth had to be reconstructed. I was in a great deal of pain, and my treatments took MONTHS. I saw Dr. George several times a month. He was patient, kind, professional, gentle and sympathetic. I moved away for a number of years, and when I came back they took me right back. I never have insurance issues. I am eternally grateful for Dr George for what he did for me.

On my first visit he incorrectly advised me that for my tooth pain I only need to by Sensodyne toothpaste. A week later my filling broke, revealing the true source of my pain which he missed. On my 2nd visit, he put in a filling that came out within 24 hours. He made me wait a month with an exposed hole in my tooth or my next appointment. I went in only 10 minutes late, and he did not have time to do the filling but he did a tooth cleaning in only NIne minutes, which obviously was not much of a cleaning. His secretary does not return calls and is also very rude. He does not allow you to rinse and spit in the chair, he tells you to swallow your own spit, and makes you wait, and then you must go to the sink in the hallway if you want to rinse with a drink of water.

Even when my wife and my 5 years old son are still patients of Dr.Wolff, and are pleased with his service, I was totally disapointed with the treatment I received. He did a crown work + cavity treatment. Everything was in a rush, more than a patient I felt like a number. Very poor customer service.

This was probably 2 years ago. In order to save my insurance cost, I switched to a different plan (HMO or Keiser? I don't remember). So I had to give up my previous dentist. I just used the plan directory and found Dr. Wolff. He seems very nice and has a relaxed attitude. However, maybe because he owns the practice, the facility and equipments seemed to be old compared to the dental clinic I used to go to. I'm not sure if it was just that day or what, but he, instead of a dental hygienist, did the cleaning for me. It was a bit too brief. Afterwards, I did not get the very clean and smooth feel around my teeth that I always got from my other dentist visits. So, even my plan allowed two routine checkups and cleanings for that year, I only went that once. Next year, I switched back to the more expensive plan.

Simply wonderful dentist. Kind, gentle, patient, and understanding. Never felt any pain during any procedures. No problems with billing. Does all the work himself, which I think is fantastic! That way you're not going and seeing the hygenist for the bulk of your visit and only having the dentist come in and take a peek in your mouth and leave. Front desk staff is very kind and courteous.
