Dr. Cabi has a new beautiful facility on Aurora rd. The staff there was very pleasant and welcoming. I did not wait more than 5 minutes to go back. My cleaning was very thorough, including taking photos of my teeth. Also my insurance covered everything 100% so it was no out of pocket cost for me.

This is a great office! Not only am I well cared for by Dr. Cabi, my hygienist & the assistants, but the office staff is friendly and knowledgeable about my insurance.

I have a VERY big fear of the dentist. When I received the flyer in the mail, I finally got enough courage to call and make an appointment. I was surprised about how friendly the receptionist was and the ease of making an appointment. She made me feel so comfortable and definitely eased my fear a little. When I arrived to my appointment the whole front office staff was amazing and friendly. The hygienist was wonderful and went over my X-Rays with me and tried to provide me with the best education about my dental health. When meeting the doctor I felt he was fair, knowledgeable, and took his time with me. I did have treatment that needed to be done and it was explained to me in detail and they were even nice enough to get a break down of my insurance benefits so I could get the most accurate price possible, I would most definitely recommend this place. Clean, up to date on technology, and friendly. Overall a great experience!

My son has been going to Dr. Cabi for 5 years since he was 3. Dr. Cabi has always been kind, and patient with a sometimes impatient child. Would definitely recommend Dr. Cabi to anyone!

I have been going to Dr Cabi for the past 20 years and I would never dream of going anywhere else. The office staff have always been so kind and helpful. Dr Cabi always puts me at ease. Thank you Dr Cabi & staff for my beautiful smile!

Dr. Cabi fixed a crown that a previous dentist had to replace 3 times before I finally switched dentists. Results were positive and 12 years laters still NO ISSUES. I have been a patient of Dr. Cabi's for 12 years and have nothing but positive results and experiences. I don't live in the area and it is well worth the drive for me for quality dental care.

Make it short for everyone who reads this. When they say they have special and free consultation. Its not true. This is just money making tactics. Once you come in, they will not charge you but when you come back to there office for any examination or dental work. You will be surprised with charges. We trust these doctors with our problems and they treat you like nothing. He lost me as a good patient. I was very close to spent $15,000 dollars for full crowns but there one charge on my invoice threw me off. His account assistant (a.k.a sales manager) only said Sorry, We should have told you about these charges. But i still paid for my cleaning about $1,300 dollars without any deduction. I didn't say anything because its not worth it. Make sure get everything in details with all charges (they might hit you with Oral Comprehensive Examination with $91.00 dollars of 91 seconds discussion, Dr. Cabi charge you by seconds) Dr. Cabi will treat you like you are from Royal family, Once he find out that you not interested in his services, he will not even going to give you second look. He will give you racist look and then he leaves. You will be lucky if you see Dr. Cabi for 5 minutes on your visit. (5 Minutes means 300 seconds and you will see a Oral Examination charges of $300.00 on your invoice). He is not even close to professionalism. I had good experience with person who cleaned my teeth. Her name is Rita (very professional and explain you all the work in details) She should be head of the department. I am not writing this because i want get even, no time for this. I just don't want anyone else go through with this.

I hadn't been to the dentist in years and found everyone to be very nice and welcoming. The staff even called my insurance prior to treatment to make sure they would cover Xrays and explained everything very throughly to me.

ive been going here since a kid and lately have had 2 horrible experiences and ill never go back. i waited a year to write this because i was afraid if i went back they would know i wrote something bad and be harsh on me. the list i have is so long i dont have enough space to type it out. my friend cleans teeth and i could of went to her but i went to cabi because it was someone i trusted to do good work and even told them that when i arrived i said i dont mind paying 3 times more here because of the good work. then the nightmare started. i said i didnt have insurance so dont start doing extra stuff that i dont need. they consistently tried and gave me a estimate for nearly 2k. all i wanted was my teeth cleaned and a hole filled. i ended up not getting my teeth cleaned because they were lying to me to get something i didnt need, and then i was charged 100 bucks for nothing. then i said can i have a checkup to see if i have other cavities, they took xrays of the hole i already knew and cabi looked at it for one second and said he could fill it. so i got charged for those xrays for nothing. i cant type everything but it turned into a big argument. i said you know what just let cabi fill the tooth and then ill leave. if you deal

About Front Desk: they werent much help either, i asked for a estimate of how much everything would be before they started doing everything because i didnt have insurance. on the phone they said around 100$ but when i was there there estimate arose over a thousand for stuff i didnt ask for and stuff i didnt need done.

About Hygienist: if you deal with cabi only then he is good, but his assistants try to get as much money out of you as possible. the girl who usually cleaned my teeth for 20 years left because i heard they were trying to make her tell people to get things they didnt need like they told me i needed my wisdom teeth pulled for a few grand, that was 15 years ago i never got it done and they are fine. they also said i needed the deep teeth cleaning and when i went back they looked again and i said isnt it in my records and they said no and i said so wait a minute do i need it done or is this something your telling everyone they need and they dont? here to find out thats exactly what they do. so anyways off to cabi in the next room i figure ill let him fill this tooth since he does a good job. he drills it out and i have my eyes closed because it hurts. so when he stops i try to make small talk by asking how hes been to break the ice, the response wasnt him it was some other person. he left the room and someone on there first day there was filling it and not him! so i paid all this extra money to go there for a nightmare and he didnt even do the work himself which is why i picked him. when i got home a chunk of the filling he put in chipped off from the new girl not doing it right. the assistant who was suppose to clean my teeth was a total jerk!!! right as i walked in she was being mean to me while i was saying how good the place was and how much i love it she was giving me a attitude the entire time. i drove over a hour to go there. after this experience and my huge gigantic bill i was terrified to go back to the dentist and waited over a year to find someone else. turns out i had 3 cavities sitting there that there office didnt find and my new dentist found. my new dentist gave me 3 visits, 1 teeth cleaning and 2 for fillings and my bill was 4 times less then cabis and i was in and out within a half hour per visit. ill never go back to cabi ever again. he himself does a good job but the way there office is they take advantage of you for money!!
