Almost every time I go in he says I have more new cavities. After a while I got fed up and went to a different dentist for a second opinion and that dentist agreed i should have some fillings. So after having them filled by the 2nd opinion dentist, I did go back to Kuo and 11 months later he said I had 4 new cavities and filled them without telling me they were the same teeth that were already filled last year, thus my insurance didn't cover any of it and I got charged the entire bill!!!
About Hygienist: I saw Heather while was there, she is actually really great and careful. She likes to chat a little and she's cute.

Poor, Dr. very unfocused on me. I felt as if i was in a factory and i was just someone he was trying to get in and out as quickly as possible. He also reschedule my appointment several times.

I had a root canal procedure done at his office, I made two appointments, one for the initial procedure, and the second for the crown to replace the temporary one. It was a really smooth operation and I would recommend him to others. The billing on the other hand was a bit hectic and ended up costing me more than it should

Dr. Kuo's office is professional and friendly. I felt confident that the services offered were reasonable and necessary. When I had a filling done, the staff we out of their way to make me comfortable. I appreciated Dr. Kuo's referral to another specialist for my wisdom tooth extraction...the specialist was also very qualified.
