A lot of pain after procedure.. did not answer calls. Finally was able to be be seen after a week of calling and he did not address the pain. I was told to just give it time. Find another dentist.

Very painful after endodentic treatment. Get infected. This Dr will not answer the emergency phone call until 5-6 hours later.

Dr. Fawcett's office has moved a new facility in Zionsville; just NW of Indy and now calls themselves Fawcett Family Dentistry. My husband I have been going to him for 3 years now after finding he takes our insurance, Delta Dental. I appreciate the new, improved office from the assembly-line facility previously occupied. Front desk staff are friendly, and Dr. Fawcett himself is interested in you, your dental health, and good at explaining dental issues and treatment options/procedures. The cost seems to be in line with other area dentists.

About Hygienist: Hygenists are knowledgable and skilled. No complaints.

Dr. Fawcett is a great dentist. He is very personable and fun, doesn't rush you like most doctors. He will sit down to talk to you and let you ask questions. Each area has a personal T.V. that you can control and that he will use to show you what he is going to be working on. He explains procedures well and gives you options if available. The receptionist and assistants are just as nice and thoughtful. I ask a lot of questions and never feel like they are annoyed or too busy to help.

Only downside was Dr. Fawcett does not have payment plans available. I had to dish out 585 buck to get a crown in one payment on the date of service.

Dr. Fawcett is a wonderful dentist, and I would highly recommend him to anyone!
