Drs. Saliba & moukarrim are the most honest, gentle, caring, knowledgeable dentists in houston. Both doctors take the time to cater to your needs and are very patient in listening to one's concerns. They are always attentive & strive to make you feel as comfortable as possible during a dental procedure. I can guarantee that you will be good hands with both talented doctors. They work so well with all 4 of my children, too. Each one of them look forward to visiting Drs Saliba & Moukarrim. The dental hygienists , Dana & Yvette, are so gentle, knowledgeable & can put any nervous patient at ease. Even though i haven't experienced the other hygienists, I can assure you that you'll receive the best quality dental care & treatment. The office staff are ALWAYS professional, smiling & thoughtful. They are easy to work with & do a thorough job in explaining your insurance coverage. Their office is relaxing, spotless and their choice of music always calm those that come in with the jitters. Both doctors are talented while working on your teeth & ensure that every patient has a stress free visit. If anyone is not happy with his/her current dentist, then I highly recommend going to Drs. Saliba & Moukarrim. You won't regret it!

About Front Desk: I can only remember Courtney & Tina, however, every one at the front desk ( and staff ) are very professional, courteous and helpful when scheduling appointments & dealing with insurance.

About Hygienist: since I've only experienced Dana & Yvette, both have exceptional chair side manner and leave your teeth feeling squeaky clean all day long.

Excellent chair side manners. However, quoted me for an overlay, which seemed extremely invasive for a loose filling. Second opinion confirmed that this was the case, and that another filling would be sufficient before attempting a procedure which would remove healthy tooth. I was informed that insurance would not pay for the overlay the day before the scheduled day, delaying my treatment. I am unsure if the dentist was trying to upsell or did not fully examine the cavity, but I will not be returning.

About Front Desk: all the staff I interacted with were pleasant. However any communication was absolutely terrible. My calls were never returned, insurance information was not proactively checked before arrival. As mmentioned before, my prices were often misquoted and were never verified. Upon discussing with my insurance, I discovered they were never submitted (eeven with my appointment scheduled months in advance). Even before a bad experience with the dentist, I was going to stop coming because of the office staff.

About Hygienist: Every one I had was excellent, fully recommend going for a cleaning. They were friendly, gentle, and worked thoroughly and quickly.

I came to the office looking for advanced technology and experience with people who care and I ended up with more and I couldn't be happier. My teeth look so good, it has changed my whole attitude.

Dr. Saliba has been my dentist for many years. His new office is beautiful and you feel like you are relaxing in a beautiful retreat. His staff and assistants are very pleasant and do a wonderful job. Dr. Saiba always puts you at ease and does excellent work. And most of all he still accepts my DMO insurance. Thank you Dr. Saliba!
