Dr. Han was very accommodating, amazingly fast and sympathetic. The staff helped to explain the details of the procedure and allowed us time to decide and discuss our options. We appreciate the patience and care provided. Thank you

While no parent enjoys a dentist visit to fill a cavity for their anxious child, the dentist and entire staff took amazing care of my daughter today. Our visit resulted in more work than initially thought ( due to my child's previous anxiety about X-rays). Dr. Fontes took the time to preform all of the work during this visit instead of making me bring an anxious child back for more work. The staff communicated with me the entire time and checked with me about my comfort level to continue when she got upset. Even after the visit when sitting with my child, they came to me to accept payment. I highly recommend them!
About Front Desk: The front desk staff is also very helpful and caring. They take the time to verify your insurance and have everything ready prior to your visit. They also use automated appointment reminders and electronic check in which is great!

His assistant made my daughter 5 years old feel very relaxed, so it was a good start for me. Cleaning her teeth was fun for her, even if she was a bit nervous. I was surprise though to find out later after a thorough check up by dr Han how extensive the work needs to be done on my daughter's teeth...and how expensive. He was very patient though at explaining options and was not pushy.

Went in for a cleaning and had a few sensitive areas I wanted checked out. Appointment was on time, examination was thorough, and everything went very well. No pain, reasonable prices, and all around pleasant experience.

We just went in for my child's regular check-up and he seemed nice. The office setting was kid-friendly which made a nervous child a bit less nervous.

I took my daughter (now 5 years old) three times to Dr. Han for routine checkups/cleaning between June 2007 and June 2008. There were no problems during the first two visits. However, on the third visit, my daughter--who has been going through a "nervous" stage--became fearful and upset. Dr. Han showed little patience or understanding and used strong-arm tactics to force my daughter to open her mouth. (He even ridiculed her for being fearful!) That made the situation much worse, prompting me to end the visit abruptly and take my child home.

Dr. Han examined my son 7 months ago, and he said there was no problem. After seven months, my son said he got pains, so we saw another doctor, and we found out he needs 4 fillings and 1 partial nerve treatment. I believe Dr. Han did not do his job.
