She's do not have enough experience ,she do not well cleaned tools,she's liar she's changed the agreement with me on the paper work, stole my money with no any service done. 0star

I came in as an emergency patient. Not only did she miss a VERY obvious cavity that 3 other dentists spotted right away, she diagnosed me with "cracked tooth syndrome" and did a root canal and a crown on a tooth that did not need it. It was her last day at Gentle Dental when the crown showed up. It did not fit properly and she used substandard materials to get it in my mouth so she could bill for it. It started coming apart a few months later.
Gentle Dental was kind enough to cover the costs to have all of this fixed. I am now two teeth less because of her misdiagnosis and do not have enough bone for an implant, which means yet another tooth must be sacrificed for a bridge. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Her manner is very caring but do not be fooled! She is basically a mechanic, wanting to rip you off for as much money as possible!

Missed a bad cavity on an x-ray and misdiagnosed me with cracked tooth syndrome. Did a root canal and crown that was completely unneeded on a perfectly healthy tooth. Undiagnosed cavity in tooth next to the one she worked on became infected and spread to gums. Infected tooth was pulled and crown was removed from my mouth a month after being placed. $600+ wasted. During the crown placement, she requested that the dental tech use more adhesive on the crown. A chunk of adhesive came out from between the teeth and I was forced to endure a 30 minute flossing procedure which finally ended when she used a wooden wedge to pry my teeth apart. Completely not recommended. Worst dental experience of my entire life.

I had a pleasant experience in Dr.Quaidoos office - she has modern facilities and comfortable seating, and does not switch to another dentist for doing the work as I've seen in other places. She has a warm attitude and explains clearly what she's doing and why. I would go back here.

Dr. Quaidoo works at the Tender Touch Dental Center. The name says it all. She is very calm and caring and lets you know exactly what is going on. She has some great assistants as well. I specifically chose tender touch for the name and their philosophy and I was not disappointed.
