I'm sorry, Dr. Herman. I gave you a chance, but I'm gone. Too many unnecessary procedures.

Didn't seem knowledgeable. Very slow moving. Didn't feel confident in the office. Although not much wait time.

I was terrified of going to the dentist for the first time in several years, but Dr. Herman made the experience as painless as possible! He helped me through my first root canal treatment and made me feel incredibly comfortable with the procedure. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends and family.

This dentist did HORRIBLE work on my wife's teeth. They glued a crown that fell off the next day. Here's the kicker - they have the rudest, most incompetent staff ever. When we refuted the charge, they refused to send us a bill and threatened to call a collection agency. Bottom line, if you use this dentist, you'll have to pay for shoddy work and if you refuse to, they'll try to ruin your credit score.

Initially he seemed very good. However, 2 of his crowns failed. Due to the ill fitting crowns I needed 2 dental implants. I tried to call him numerous times but he never returned my phone calls!!!!! I am now stuck with such a large expense fixing his incompetencies!

Dr. Herman is very kind and very skilled. The only problem with his office is that he has the most desultory office staff I've ever encountered. it would almost be amusing if it weren't for the fact that his office manager is the rudest person I've ever encountered. I was trying to explain to her that my company had changed insurance carriers and she actually hung up on me. I needed to have someone from CIGNA call her to finish my business. They called me back to say her behavior towards them had also been shocking. I have never before in my life been moved to write a negative review.

About Hygienist: His Hygienists are all extremely lovely and thorough.

This clinic is very commercial and money-minded. I was having a bad pain on my teeth, and Dr. Herman examined me for less than 5 minutes and deduced that he will drill a hole though my teeth and see if there's a decay in it. He asked me to return on another day to fix it. Therefore, I needed to wait a few more days while bearing the pain. When I went the second time, Dr. Herman was not welcoming, he most of the time wondered around the office, talked to his staff about random things, and then came to me and started operating on my teeth. The next thing I know, he told me he's going to put a crown on my teeth and it will cost me approx. $750 ! I had no choice, i thought he was an expert and he did this for my best interest. But after I went back for a checkup to get my crown put on, I felt more pain and my teeth became even more sensitive because there's only so little surface area left, so the pain is more concentrated. He told me it was normal. Now I still feel the pain and so I went to another dentist who told me that in order to see what's going on inside, she needs to destroy the crown because the pain must have been caused by a hole that Dr. Herman missed! I just wasted $750 because of Dr. Herman's ignorance. I hate him.
