This guy is completely unethical! He recommends expensive treatments that are not necessary and actually detrimental to the patient. Came in for a simple cleaning because he was closest provide in my new insurance. He wanted to get me to do some procedures that would cost me nearly $10,000. I went for a second opinion instead and did the simple filling for $50. When I asked about the other procedures that was recommended, the new dentist said that it would have compromised my other teeth that were completely healthy. When I showed him the pictures Soft Touch took of my teeth, he said they likely magnified them to scare me.

About Front Desk: Long wait, long process for simple cleaning.

Total snake oil salesman. After another dentist suggested that I see a periodontist about a possible gum graft, Dr. Fakhimi told me that gum grafts do not work, and that what I in fact needed was Invisalign, that he could do at his office for $5,000, and that Invisalign would make my gums magically regrow. Of couse, I ignored this advice and went to a periodontist who said that what Dr. Fakhimi told me was absoulutely ridiculous and dishonest. He tried to up sell me on a "deep cleaning" and then told me that I had to come back every 3 months for cleaning. Again, another dentist and a periodontist told me that this was b*****it. THIS PLACE IS NOTHING MORE THAN A SCAM FACTORY!!!!!

His facility is very pretty and well maintained. However, everything is all about money! There seems to be no real concern about the patient. He only recommends the most expensive treatment, with no monetary "wiggle room" and when you explain you do not make "Dentist" money, in fact, I can barely make ends meet for basic necessities, shelter, food, etc...he and other staff, ie: business manager, make you feel like a loser. Instead of working with you to help you. It's amazing how when they first discover your "incredibly severe dental / HEALTH" issues" that need to be treated immediately, that once you say that you don't have the money at that time, they say well as you can pay you can get the work done....HMMM...how is that? The immediate, practically life-threatening dental work can be put off for months or even a year or longer, when I can take out a loan, sell off everything, beg for money, etc...? Yet it couldn't wait another day, minutes ago? What a shame, I used to believe doctors truly went into their field to "help" people...I know there are some out there, so believe me when there are I will post something twice as long praising them.

He has to be the worst dentist ever!!! Everyone I know who has veneers has had them for about 7-10 years. I've had my veneers for only 3 years and my two front teeth cracked!!!! I spent $3500 for 4 front teeth and my two front teeth has cracked, costing me another $2000 in fixing!! I went to a dentist and the material she used to fix my teeth was way more thicker than the material he does. When I asked my new dentist, what should I do, she specifically said if one of my patients had this problem within 3 years of having them, I would fix it, warranty or not. When I called Dr. Fakhimi to complain, he said he couldn't help me! He's a fraud!!! If you want to spend money on top of money, be my guest........
