I think Dr Mckenzie is one of the best dentists in the area. He and his wife (a dentist also) are very caring and knowledgeable. They don't try to sell you any services that you don't need like some other dentists i've been to.
About Hygienist: Suzanne is my hygenist and she is awesome! No pain and my teeth are clean!

I went for a simple filling. He had to redo it 2x and he cracked the filling in the tooth next to it so he had to re-do it as well. He charged me for that. The fillings were pre approved by my plain but they charge above the alloted amount for what the plain offers and they don't adjust their charges. It is expensive. I wasn't impressed. I will be moving. But. Even if I weren't I would still move my business. He is a nice enough guy. His work just didn't impress me! O. His mother (in-law maybe?) runs the desk. She doesn't seem like she is all there some of the time when I talk to her. I have to repeat myself to be sure she gets it. I am not sure if she is just new at the job or if she really just doesn't get it. The dental hygienists do a relatively good job. I don't mind going back for a cleaning. In fact I need to get one more in before I move. On the up side they had latex free gloves that they wore. As long as I reminded them they were happy to use them with me.

My kids and myself went in for a general cleaning. The staff was very efficient and friendly and willing to work with scheduling conflicts. The office was clean and the waiting area comfortable. I would recommend this dentist.

Best dentist been to.. My kids have been going to pediatric dentistry upon till now.. and love Scott and his staff.
