This complaint isnt about the staff its about the doctor. Waited almost a hour after my appointment time everytime i went to this doctor. I complained of pain in my back left molar everytime i went in and he said it was nothing and ignored it. That was after three cleanings..I moved found a new dentist i had horriable pain in the same tooth made a appointment. The dentist knew what was wrong not even five minutes after looking at my tooth and requested a x ray..which this dentist never did when i complained of pain..and the x rays he did take he didnt notice anything. My new dentist was astonished i went on with the pain for so long and put me on pain meds and a antibiotic. The outcome was a needed a root canal from just a simple cavaity because he missed it for so long. Also one visit i had when i came in for the pain and he stuck his dental explorer(needle like) right into the tooth that hurt i screamed and pushed his hand away and he yelled at me for touching him. I realized what a horriable dentist he was when i went to my new dentist he wouldnt even get near the tooth i mentioned. This guy has no empathy and no regard for what the patient says..my entire family is switching because of the negligance of this.

I have recently started chemotherapy and Dr. Chiotellis was able to recommend some products that is making the dry mouth that typically accompanies chemotherapy much more bearable. Beyond that I have always been very happy with the service his office has offered. I really get the sense that they genuinely care about the condition of my teeth and gums!

Dr. Chiotellis is a great dentist! He came in on his day off and opened the office for me in an emergency and worked on my mouth with no assistants. My daughter has no idea she is getting shots because he hid the shot up his sleeve and told her to close her eyes. She never saw it. She told her big brother that he doesn't do shots, he just shakes the cheek and the stuff on the qtip makes her numb!!!! He is great with the younger ones and even better with teenagers!!
