Has no dental assistant, but skillful without one. Very affordable and all around nice guy.

This is the second dentist I have used since living in the bay area. I have no intentions on switching. Dr. Chang is very friendly and non intimidating. I am not sure about cost since my dental insurance covers my cleanings 100%. His office is an easy walk from my house in Cow Hollow.
I don't think he has the option to use laughing gas if that is something you want....that would be an issue for me if I needed a painful procedure done. He did fix one of my fillings for me and he gave me a shot of novicaine. I have to say that he is very good at giving shots because I really didn't feel the needle at all and I am very needle phobic.

Dr. Chang is very pleasant. While he may not have any help, all calls are answered or returned promptly be the dr. himself. It makes it very easy to ask questions and schedule appointments.

Dr chang is a wonderful and professional dentist. he takes pain and fear out of the whole "trip to the dentist" experience and i recommend his excellent service to anyone.

very knowledgeable, patient, and emphatic. Really understands what is it like to be a patient.
the only negatives are :
1. doesnt have any helpers (so the patient has to hold equipment sometimes). He is by himself.
2. no receptionist
other than this, he is very good dentist and really knows what he is doing. His patience and knowlege are top notch.
