Jacqueline used to work at the dental office on 20th Avenue and Geary. It was a bad experience for me. i actually liked that dental office but she made me turn away from it. She left the patient with no room for preferrance...will not recommend!

While performing a deep root cleaning, Dr. Jackie Chang broke a back tooth with her dental instrument. She pretended she didn't do it and then pointed out that she just noticed the damaged tooth which she offered to fix for a charge, of course. I just had full dental x-rays and a routine teeth cleaning the week before and she didn't notice the broken tooth then. I confronted her and though she never admitted her responsibility for the damage, she did finally fix the tooth without charge. Also, to keep her expenses down, she never uses an assistant and has a low-budget office space which she shares with her brother. CHEAP and IRRESPONSIBLE!!!
