Zero customer service skills. The office manager just gave me a bulk $7,500 grand total for the treatment and no breakdown. What were they planning to do for me for that money?? good question. They refused to tell me! Completely waste of time.

Dr. Ravaei's staff is, with few exceptions, unfriendly and downright rude. I have had numerous bad experiences at his office, including waiting for 3 hours only to be told that they would not be able to put a filling in because they had no time!!
Everytime I receive my EOB from my insurance the numbers are completely different than the figures given to me from Dr. Ravaei's office. Each time I inquired, the office's insurance/billing people were not able to explain why this was the case (I suspect fraud, i.e. they are probably charging the insurance co. more than they should for the procedure).
The ONLY benefit to going here is that it is cheap, but as in everything, you truly get what you pay for. If you don't care about the run-down facilities, rude staff, and long wait lines, then you should def go here for the price. Otherwise, go somewhere else.
